Roles and Responsibilities

1.Support TA Managers in terms of hiring needs

2. Workforce planning for multiple projects.

3. Build strong pipe line of all contingency and planned needs.

4. Selection & Offer Management along with best Candidate/ On boarding Experience delivery.

5. Provide analytical reports to rest of the team on Industry Mapping/ Compensation Benchmarking (External)

6. Coordinate for all pre & post joining formalities
