Candidate should have experience in Oil & Gas industry for Third Party Inspections

Position Summary
To Lead in the development of the sales strategy and strategic direction, operate as a visionary in exploring new markets and growth opportunities Serve as the internal and external leader for the organization, continuing the establishment of a strong position for the company and its offerings in the marketplace for the Vendor /Partner On boarding, Evaluation, Monitoring & Support Services (P- OEMS Services) for domestic & International market.

Role & Responsibilities
Seek out new opportunities and sell Vendor /Partner On boarding, Evaluation, Monitoring & Support Services ( P- OEMS Services)
Create weekly/monthly forecasts on revenue/target and end of month reports on revenue Vs AOP Target
Manage existing customer relationships to maintain and grow current business.
Meet, and/or exceed annual budgeted sales goals
Identifying areas for expansion and business development
Develop a thorough understanding of our Clients business to create a clear value proposition for customers. Implement appropriate account management strategies for designated Accounts to proactively create cross selling with viable solutions, to meet Clients' needs.
Develop and sustain high-level customer relationships. To ensure closure of deals with the customers. Understand and anticipate customer needs and customize solutions based on their requirements.
Liaise with the Vendor Assessment technical delivery teams to ensure their involvement in defining scope/resource capacity/capability and providing proposal/bid preparation support.
Perform as functional bridge amongst external vendors as well as internal stakeholders.
Develop and manage internal processes and functions to support the Company's goals and strategies Develop and create new accounts and business opportunities within the region.

Preferred Skills
Qualification : BTECH
Have at least 8 + years relevant sales experience in Vendor /Partner On boarding, Evaluation, Monitoring & Support Services (P- OEMS Services Self-starter who is target-driven and motivated must be comfortable in a target-oriented environment.
Proven track record in Sales, with experience in identifying Client and business opportunities including cold calling.
Have an established working relationship and network with our target Clients and sectors in India & International market
Self-motivated with a can do attitude and ability to work in a highly technical environment.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence Clients and colleagues to deliver excellence.
Good commercial awareness - in particular, analysis and interpretation of financial and non-financial information.
Strong experience in Bid management, ability to prepare and submit concise and effective bids and tenders to meet Client proposals.
Consultative sales skills: requires a balance of soft sell approach and hard sell closure.
Excellent time management, an individual who thrives on working autonomously

Salary: INR 50,000 - 1,25,000 P.A.
